insert witty title here.

Our family one year ago this weekend:

Our family today:

It's hard to believe that a year has gone by already!! Maybe it's like what my friend, Barb, says: because we just jam-packed so much into a year, it flew by! And maybe she's right. We did a bit of traveling, went to school, started new jobs, ended jobs, and started our family! It's been a wonderful year. People told us that the first year of marriage is hard because of learning to live with each other, but Edmund and I have loved being married. We both feel it's been the best year of our lives, and we're looking forward to many, many (as in never ending!) years to come.

A few days after our Anniversary, Freddie will turn 3 months old! Such a big-little man. Something that no one told me because they (YOU) all thought I probably already knew it since it's a no-brainer is that Freddie should of had a 2 month wellness checkup with his DR. I knew about the immunization shots, but didn't realize that it coincided with a check-up. DUH! Anyways, yesterday he had is 2.5 month check up, and holy moly! This little baby is such a chubber! When he was born, Freddie weighted 7lbs 16oz, was 20.5 inches long and his head was 13.5 inches around. Yesterday, Freddie weighed 15.2lbs, was 25inches, and his head was 16inches around!!! We could tell he had been getting bigger, but didn't think that he had already grown 5 inches and almost doubled his birth weight! What am I feeding this boy!?! :)

He's really focusing on things now, which is soooo adorable. There's a specific video to come; just can't upload it right now. It's one of him and his new best friends that he discovered recently. He loves to look at us and smile and squeal. He also loves to study and do homework with Daddy. Doesn't it look like Freddie thinks Daddy's homework is SOOooo exciting?!

With Freddie, Edmund and I have our roles that he's placed us in. Me, I'm his go-to-girl for when he's hungry, tired, and needs some comforting loves. Edmund is his favourite person to go to for some play time and just to chill with. And some day, I'll get more photos of me and Freddie, but right now you can enjoy a few of the 2 men of my life! (plus a father-in-law in one of them)
